a) This website is provided by Mulberry House on an “as is” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind express or implied as to the operation of this site or the information content materials or products included on this site. You agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk.

b) Unless otherwise specified, the services provided on this website are for your sole personal and non-commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, modify, display, publish or sell any information, artwork, products or services obtained from the website.

c) To the full extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties expressed or implied including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

d) Mulberry House Retreat and Leisure Limited does not warrant that this website, its servers or e-mail sent by Mulberry House Retreat and Leisure Limited are free from viruses or other harmful components.

j)Mulberry House Retreat and Leisure Limited reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders or bookings placed without prior notice.

Accessibility

Guests are reminded that this is a 16th century listed building and the owners have conformed to all necessary requirements in the Disability and Discrimination Act 1995 within planning regulations. Some accommodation though is located on the 1st and 2nd Floors and therefore please state when booking that ground access is required. The main restaurant is on the ground floor, however, the Main House does not offer disabled toilets. Access to a disabled toilet is via our Mulberry Function Suite.

• Two disabled parking bays

• Ramp to front entrance

• Restaurant, lounge and bar areas are on the ground floor

• Two steps to the terrace but ramp access via car park and garden
