Wedding Catering - Your food menu

Getting the food right for your wedding catering is just as important to our team here at Mulberry House as it is to our couples. Locally sourcing food is something we pride ourselves upon where possible – for example our Beef is dry aged and matured for a minimum of 28 days from Dedham Vale, Essex and our Lamb is bred and reared y our sister company Woodhatch Farm also in Essex – Seven miles from field to fork!
Our brilliant team of chef’s have created a menu they are passionate about however, this is ever evolving around bespoke requests from our couples and dietary requirements from guests so they are happy to work with you to generate a wedding menu that is perfect for your vision of your day.
Our couples asked, and we listened! Evening food is an important part of everyone’s big day and so we have recently added the ‘Food Shack’, which is a renovated horse box, used to serve our Street Food options. From toasties with loaded fries to a build your own burger bar, what more could you want?!

As a wedding photographer and videographer, I really appreciate the fantastic facilities and high level of service provided by the staff for their brides and grooms to host their weddings.It's a wonderful location with a beautiful ornamental lake, complete with idyllic bridge, a cute stock of wild fowl like geese and ducks, and even Alpaca neighbours!The house is beautifully kept, with a couple of spacious rooms for preparation, a lovely bridal suite, gardens, air conditioned ceremony room (or on the lawn at the beautiful gazebo). The management are constantly improving the provisions for their clients, and it really shows.There is a large marquee for your wedding breakfast and plenty of rooms for your guests to stay. 						The single night stay with a group of fellow car owners club was fabulous. The staff couldn’t don enough to help us. The food was superb, timely, delicious & well “arranged”. Breakfast was a buffet style with full English & continental available. The full English was well stocked with great food. |The room we had was fabulous, the bathroom equally so. The walk in shower with ultra modern controls was a delight. Spacious, clean & perfect temperature. The mattress was firm & very, very comfortable.

We were served by Alison who really made our night on both occasions and Claire the events manger is wonderful. Our children particularly loved the authenticity of the Santa - he was incredible and very attentive, |Would highly recommend.

The silk drapes at the ceiling had a lovely golden decoration along it. There were fantastic Christmas decorations everywhere, very tastefully executed. |Our table had some masks to wear if you didn’t wear your own ones, plus a lovely very tall vase with white flowers displayed in there. |The food was very tasty and all homemade by the Chefs in Mulberry House kitchens. |The waiting staff were most attentive and unobtrusive. |A really good DJ played music to suit the age group of the customers and l really enjoyed looking at how lovely the ladies looked in their finery. |The men looked handsome in their evening wear. |Altogether a most enjoyable evening was had by our table and by the other guests l am sure.

The silk drapes at the ceiling had a lovely golden decoration along it. There were fantastic Christmas decorations everywhere, very tastefully executed. |Our table had some masks to wear if you didn’t wear your own ones, plus a lovely very tall vase with white flowers displayed in there. |The food was very tasty and all homemade by the Chefs in Mulberry House kitchens. |The waiting staff were most attentive and unobtrusive. |A really good DJ played music to suit the age group of the customers and l really enjoyed looking at how lovely the ladies looked in their finery. |The men looked handsome in their evening wear. |Altogether a most enjoyable evening was had by our table and by the other guests l am sure.

							Fabulous Masquerade ball The whole experience was perfect from beginning to end. Friendly staff who greeted us and welcomed us to our tables. The decorations were exquisite and certainly put me in the Christmas spirit . 

The staff who attended our table used our first names and really made sure we were looked after. 

The food was delicious. One of us was gluten free and all three courses were catered for and so tasty. 

The party was fun and we were even given LED flashing sticks to dance with.

It was a great night and I can highly recommend Mulberry house.

						Fabulous Masquerade ball The whole experience was perfect from beginning to end. Friendly staff who greeted us and welcomed us to our tables. The decorations were exquisite and certainly put me in the Christmas spirit . 

The staff who attended our table used our first names and really made sure we were looked after. 

The food was delicious. One of us was gluten free and all three courses were catered for and so tasty. 

The party was fun and we were even given LED flashing sticks to dance with.

It was a great night and I can highly recommend Mulberry house.
